Dear Candy and Chef Jack Staff,

Jim and I want to thank you for helping to make Mikki and Tim's wedding reception and special part of their day.  Both the service and the food we received from the Chef Jack staff were outstanding.

As Jim and I greeted our guests the wait staff arrived with the wonderful appetizers.  We want to note that many of our guests were impressed with the "friendly and professional" service they received from the Chef Jack wait staff.  One of our guests added, "I have never been served appetizers by a wait staff with white gloves.  I am so impressed with how respectful they are to your guests."  We received many comments about the "beautiful and elegant tables."  Two groomsmen even came up to Jim and commented how they liked the tables with the black and white linen.  People raved about the chicken en croute, the fettuccine alfredo, and the "tender and tasty" beef roast.  Several guests at the reception commented that the food was "the best food I've ever had at a wedding".  One of my best friends added to the comments, "I can't believe the real ice sculpture at the serving table.  And  then the chocolate covered strawberries with the cake and the chocolate cordials!  I've never had so much wonderful food at a wedding!".  I want to add that we had several of our friends and guests call us on Monday and Tuesday to tell us how much they enjoyed the service and food at the reception.

Finally, I want to tell you how much Mikki and Tim enjoyed their reception.  They were impressed with how gracious and helpful the staff was in meeting their every need at the reception.  And of course, they loved the food.

In closing, a big thank you for everything.  The elegant tables, wonderful food, and outstanding service made the day a memorable event for everyone.
