The Schlitz Audubon Nature Center is one of the great Milwaukee event venues.  Our views of beautiful forests, prairies, ponds and Lake Michigan make the setting “picture perfect”. Our outdoor locations and green building offer a spectacular ambiance for your special day.

Imagine your wedding amongst a setting of beauty that includes…

  • 185-acres of natural beauty, including forests, prairies, ponds, and bluffs
  • Magnificent views of the Lake Michigan shoreline
  • Our award-winning, green building

Whether you opt to be indoors or outdoors, all of our venues will provide an inspiring backdrop for your special occasion.

Our guests say it best…

“Thank you so much to everyone in your organization. Our wedding last weekend was absolutely magical! What a fantastic place to get married – it looked so beautiful. I think I received nearly as many compliments on the location as I did on my dress. You and everyone else there have been incredibly kind and helpful and it’s been a pleasure working with you.”

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Cysco, our feisty 25-year-old Harris’s Hawk.

Over the past 13 years, Cysco educated tens of thousands of people, wowed them with his amazing flight ability, and helped us teach about the complex behaviors of wild animals. We will miss him!
