Chef Jack's Sit-down Dinner Menu is traditional full service pampering at its finest


Our professional wait staff will greet your guests with hot hors d’oeuvres to
prepare them for the wonderful meal that lies just ahead.

Your tables will be set with white linens and white napkins. Every setting has quality flatware along with
a china selection which includes coffee cups, wine and water glasses, bread and butter, salad and dessert plates.

Every table will also have a seasonal fruit display, a decorative butter rose, a variety of
fresh breads and a platter of chocolate dipped strawberries.

Our Sit-Down dinner packages emphasize the best in taste and presentation.
Once seated, guests will enjoy the salad course followed by our staff graciously presenting and
announcing the entree of the evening.  Coffee and Dessert service will immediately follow.
