Imagine your guests arriving to a variety of hot
appetizers presented by our
professional staff attired in white tuxedo shirts, white gloves, bow
ties and tuxedo jackets.
Unlike the traditional buffets, guests
are encouraged to mingle throughout
to sample the variety of different food stations available.

The main buffet table consists of a
salad station accompanied
by assorted cheeses, seasonal melons and vegetable display.
European food stations border the main buffet and will be captained
by a Chef preparing a variety of choices throughout the evening.
Each food station table is also appropriately decorated.
Chocolate Fountain
Imagine the reaction of your guests
when they indulge in chocolate cascading down a waterfall.
Our Chocolate Fountain makes a magnificent centerpiece at any type of
event.
Dip your favorite fruits, pretzels, marshmallows or cookies into the
chocolate fountain.

Pasta Station
Vegetable Marinara and Alfredo sauces with Penne Pasta
and Cheese Tortellini. Includes assorted bread
display and freshly baked bread sticks.
Seafood Station
Jumbo Shrimp and Crab Claws chilled in a beautiful Ice Clam along with Planked Smoked Fish and Crackers.
Carving
Station
Mini sandwiches of Roast Sirloin
and Virginia Ham prepared by our professional chefs. Includes Horseradish and Stone Ground Mustard.
Potato Station
You've never seen
mashed like this before. Design your
own creation with an array of toppings.
Includes Green Onions, Bacon Bits, Croutons, Cheddar Cheese,
Sour Cream, Chives, and a light, but scrumptious Sauce.
Tender Chicken & Lamb sauted in hot butter.Stewed in a Red Pepper, Garlic, and Onion sauce. Includes Saffron Rice.
Professional Chefs making omelets to order.Includes choice of Ham, Bacon, Onions, Tomatoes, Peppers, Mushrooms, and Cheese.

Fajita Station

taste of Mexico is what you'll experience with our spicy Chicken Fajita.
Includes warm Flour Tortillas, Sour Cream, Cheese, Tomatoes, Lettuce,
Hot Sauce, Sweet Onion, Green Peppers, Red Peppers, and Spanish Rice.
Chef Carved Turkey Breast accompanied by Whipped Sweet Potato,
Herbed Sage Dressing, Cranberry Relish, and Gravy.
Elbow Macaroni & Cheese accompanied by Bacon, Broccoli,
Onion, Tomato, and Parmesan Cheese.
Stir Fry Station
Enjoy lightly seasoned chicken
strips or shrimp sautéed
with vegetables and a hint of garlic.
Condiments include Rice, Chow Mein Noodles,
Soy Sauce, and Fortune Cookies.
Chicken & Pulled Pork Quesadillas with Tomatoes, Lettuce,
Sour Cream, Hot Sauce, Chips, Salsa, and Guacamole.
Classic French Onion Soup and Chicken & Wild Rice Soup accompanied

Creole Station
A favorite in the bayou,
Chef Jack's Jambalaya includes spicy Andoulli
Sausage, Crayfish, and Red Beans & Rice in a tasty Louisiana sauce.
Satay Station
Sliced Beef, Chicken, and Lamb
with
Zucchini, Mushrooms, Cherry Tomatoes,
and Peppers all on skewers. Special dipping sauces
include Ginger, and Roast Sesame & Scallions.
German Station
Chef carved Beef Rouladen and
sliced Bratwurst wit
Sauerkraut in a beer and onion butter sauce.
Bananas Foster
Enjoy flaming sautéed bananas and French
Vanilla Ice Cream topped with 151 Rum.
Coffee Station
French Roast Regular and Decaffeinated
coffee.
Whipping Cream, Cinnamon Sticks, Chocolate Powder
and Chocolate Jimmies. Many flavored coffees are also available.
