In writing to you, I wish to express my appreciation for the outstanding service you and your staff provided at my daughter's wedding last Saturday.  The meal was wonderful-one of the best we've had.  The food was hot when it was served, and its presentation was superb!  We also very much enjoyed the appetizers and the chocolate cordials.

I also would like to comment on your staff.  The wait staff was very professional, friendly and hard working.  We were particularly impressed with Candy.  She was very attentive to our needs, and made sure everything ran smoothly.

In selecting you as our caterer, we received so much more than what I expected.  We were extremely pleased with the level of professionalism of your staff, the quality and quantity of food provided, and the overall outcome of our event.  I can't begin to tell you how many compliments we got from our guests on the whole event.  I would be pleased and honored to be added to your list of references for other potential customers.
