Dear Chef Jack's,

We would like to thank you for your outstanding service at our wedding reception that was held at Hawk's View on July 19th.  The food was absolutely perfect and our guests are still raving about it!  They especially liked the hors d'oeuvres and the Bailey's chocolate cups at the end of the meal!  Also, we greatly appreciated the precision and perfection that your staff modeled.  It was your attention to the small details that made the night so memorable.  For example, my husband was served a glass of milk with his dinner and the cup was never empty!  We had professional caterers as our guests and they were also very impressed with the service and the quality of the food.  One even said that it was the best catering she had ever seen.  We will definitely be recommending your services to our family and friends!
