Dear Candy:

On behalf of our family, I commend you and your staff on the excellent service and meal that was provided for my daughter's wedding.  It made our day perfect.

I do not believe there are words to express to you the gratitude that I feel.  Amy is our first daughter to marry.  We had a vision and you understood just what we wanted for her wedding.  From the very start, you impressed me with not only your knowledge  and competence, but by your friendly and helpful guidance.  I know that you make everyone feel this way, but I took it personally and felt that you were my friend.  I knew that you were working with Amy and me to make her wedding perfect in every way.  You are a blessing to bride's and their parents.

Your staff was incredible...polite, helpful, courteous, and always smiling.  The appetizers and champagne pass were such an elegant beginning.  the meal was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented.  I appreciated each detail that you so carefully attended to.

My wish for my daughter, was to have her dream wedding.  You made that dream a reality.  Thank you very much for making our reception so memorable.  I look forward to working with you again when our other two daughters marry.
