Dear Jack,

Our daughter's wedding on August 17th will be remembered in most of our guest's minds as the wedding that had the best meal and catering service that they have ever experienced.  My husband and I echo that applause.  I cannot tell you the number of people who came up to us at the reception or who emailed us when we returned to our jobs praising the meal that was prepared and the staff who served it.  Absolutely Delicious!, Elegant!, Splendid!, Awesome!  were just a few of the comments we received.  People couldn't believe that the steak could be cooked through, yet cut with a butter knife and be so moist and flavorful.  the presentation of the food right down to the beautiful rose shaped butter was exquisite.  Our guests felt like they were dining at an expensive restaurant that boasted a master chef.

We can't thank you enough for making our daughter's reception such a beautiful and memorable one.  Your wait staff was not only there to serve the guests in a very competent manner, but were very warm and friendly, making our guests feel like truly "important guests".  I cannot begin to express our gratitude to your catering supervisor, Candy.  She not only dealt with every minute detail with complete expertise, but allowed my husband and I to thoroughly enjoy our daughter's reception, knowing that everything was being handled expertly.  She is truly a jewel and a valuable asset to your business.

You are beyond a doubt a master at your profession, Jack.  It has been an honor working with you and your staff.  You helped us give our only daughter a storybook wedding and we will always be grateful to you for the part you played in allowing that to happen.  Rest assured that your name will be spread though the ranks of family and friends for years to come.
